I love Ruddy Ducks and I think they are my favourite waterfowl to photograph. This male swam in quite close to where I chose to sit, I was hidden by some tall marsh grass, which made it a challenge at times to photograph. I also love the blue sky reflecting on the water, giving a really neat effect.
